How to Get Support:
Step 1: 
You will first need to download some software on your computer. Please click on this link to begin.
Download Now

A window should pop up asking you this question:

You must click on RUN to proceed.

Step 2: 
The software you have just downloaded will now start to run.
Please select "RUN", then click "NEXT"

Step 3: 
Click on the checkbox to accept the terms of the agreement and click "NEXT"

Step 4: 

This window will pop up and lists an ID number and password (in the blue boxes). Please call us at the office and give us the ID number and password and we will be able to connect to your computer now.

NOTE: With your permission, your support representative can view your screen and share control of your mouse and keyboard. You are in full control of your computer at all times. You always have overriding control of your mouse and keyboard, and you can end the screen-sharing session at any time.
